Network & Systems Administrator (Remote) 
 

Position Overview:  

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Remote Network & Systems Administrator to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home while providing essential support to our IT infrastructure. Whether it's managing network systems, troubleshooting issues, or implementing security protocols, the ideal candidate will have the skills and expertise to ensure our systems operate smoothly and securely. 
 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. 
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. 
• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems and software. 
• Ensure data security and implement appropriate security measures. 
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues promptly. 
• Collaborate with team members and identify and implement IT solutions. 
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• Proven experience as a Network & Systems Administrator or similar role. 
• Proficiency in networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). 
• Experience with server administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization, and cloud services. 
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. 
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA, MCSA) is a plus.
